My passion for movement and wellness led me to a Kinesiology degree (Western, 2001) and a Bachelor of Education (Western, 2002). I've always loved dance, martial arts, running, and yoga, but I truly found my home in Pilates.

I discovered Pilates in 2008 after a spinal injury made my usual workouts too challenging. From my first session, I was hooked—it strengthened my body, protected my joints, and helped me heal while still giving me a dynamic workout. Pilates also carried me through pregnancy and health challenges, helping me stay strong and feel good in my body.

Inspired by my own experience, I became certified in Pilates Reformer and Barre Body and transitioned from teaching high school to teaching Pilates full-time. Now, I run my own boutique studio in Wortley Village, where I help busy people move better, feel stronger, and prioritize their wellness.

I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself, so my sessions are tailored to your goals—whether that’s strength, rehab, or just feeling great in your body. I’ll guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way.

Let’s move together—I'm here to support you every step of the way. Feel free to reach out with any questions, and I’d love to welcome you into the studio!
