1:1 Private Sessions

Private Reformer or Mat Sessions

This Pilates class enhances movement and mobility through controlled, low-impact exercises on the Stott Reformer. Tailored to your unique needs, each session strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and promotes better posture and alignment. The focus on proper movement patterns helps boost overall mobility and supports long-term functional fitness.

Pricing:

Single session $80 

5 sessions $340

10 sessions $590

Each session is one hour. Prices include HST.

Private pilates sessions take place at my home studio in Wortley Village, London, ON.

*Like all personal training, private Pilates sessions are an investment. I am always transparent about the costs, preferring to post them here on the website, rather than asking you to contact me for a sales pitch. I believe that the results of individual Reformer Pilates speak for themselves, in the way your body feels. Regardless of how many sessions you choose, at each session I will provide you with recommendations for exercises you can do at home and work into your everyday life, as well as nutrition suggestions to support your progress.

You get to choose who you work out with, up to 4 people total.

Class Options

1. Mat Pilates
Traditional group mat class

  • $150 for 8 weeks (1x/week)

  • $240 for 8 weeks (2x/week)

2. Reformer-Mat-Barre Circuit
A fun, progressive circuit using the Reformer, mat, and barre — no experience needed

  • $180 for 8 weeks (1x/week)

  • $285 for 8 weeks (2x/week)

Prices include HST.

If you have a group of 4 (or 5 if you're comfortable with less space), pick a time and email me with everyone’s full names. Once confirmed, I’ll send payment info.

Option 2: Join a Group
Don’t have a group? No problem! I’ll post open class times on the website — just pick the one that fits your schedule.
